1. Reliability: Jorge not only honours his commitments all the time, but he usually exceeds expectations on his delivery, so you know you can trust him when he takes ownership of a task
2. Vision and technical knowledge: Jorge manages to come across a functional solution beyond the obvious. Besides he keeps some skills that make him an invaluable resource in a SAP project. He masters SAP CRM as Senior Consultant but he has got a remarkable knowledge of ABAP programming so he can really keep an E2E approach and supervise the entire implementation.
3. Motivation: Jorge is not only highly motivated but manages to keep the entire team motivated with his good mood and “can do “ attitude.
